The Plan
The Citizens and Country have been ill-served throughout the past several administrations, whether Republican or Democrat, due to the continual pursuit of larger government, higher deficits, and wrong policy initiatives. In every recent administration, We The People had to rise up to thwart the will of the President and Congress from carrying out these policies.
What the American people are getting are the things that they DO NOT WANT:
- Nationalized Health Care
- Federal Bailouts
- Growing federal deficits
- Dependence on foreign oil
- Higher taxes on goods and services
- Loss of representative government to Czars and Executive Orders
- Loss of gun ownership
- Loss of freedom of speech through the "Fairness Doctrine"
- Amnesty or "a pathway to citizenship" for illegal aliens
Therefore, the strategy of the Citizens and Country PAC is to be a non-partisan organization that will mobilize the 60-70% of the citizens of this country who in common support the principles and policies as defined on this site. If we vote as a united block, we will carry nearly every district in the country. We must cease to be Red vs. Blue voters...we must all become Red, White, and Blue voters. In so doing, no party can control or defeat us. They will outspend us, but it is ballots that win elections...not donations.
We will support true American candidates of any political party that have a real dedication and fervor to take back our country. In a heavily Democratic district, we must find a red-blooded Democrat. Likewise in the Republican districts. Ideally, we will have candidates in all major primaries...including the Independent Party. Therefore, regardless of the political demographics, as long as the majority of the voters agree with the tenets of our campaign, we can win. The battle to take back our country will be won in the primaries. We must defeat the incumbent re-election machine. To this end, "we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor".
